Admin

adminWorking in admin, you could take on a role from Receptionist, Administration Officer to Personal Assistant. In this busy and multi-skilled team and depending on your role, you might do anything from reception duties, issuing stationery orders, delivery fresh fruit to staff, preparing board reports to organising executive travel. Our admin team works hard to provide a support service to the business and provides a professional welcoming face to our customers.

Applications

applicationsIf programming is more your bent, our applications team looks after building and maintaining software to keep our business running! We employ fresh faced graduate programmers straight out of uni, experienced programmers, web developers, project managers and IT support staff, we even employ old school nerds that started on mainframe systems (yes these guys still exist!). At iiNet we are big fans of home grown systems and our Apps team look after billing and provisioning systems, customer databases, corporate websites, corporate intranet, IT services, and the CRM software that runs our 24/7 call centre across three timezones and two countries.

Business Development

business developmentAre you an analytical, forward thinking strategist? Then our Business Development team may have a role for you. The BD team is made up of Business Analysts and Corporate Planners who provide the analysis and presentation of information to evaluate and progress strategic opportunities to grow and continuously improve the iiNet business. The BD team's end goal in this role is to ensure the business is well positioned to meet long term commercial and financial objectives.

Customer Service

Our award winning Customer Service Team (we recently picked up the Contact Centre of the Year Award in WA) are regularly recruiting Customer Service Representatives and provide full training and support before starting on the phone. If Customer Service is where your passion lies there are plenty of opportunities with roles within this thriving department including; Customer Service Manager, Resource Planner, Workforce Analyst and Contact Centre Manager to name but a few within an environment that operates on a 24/7 basis across multiple locations to deliver excellent service to our customers.

Finance

financeMore about facts and figures? Our Finance team may be the team for you! This team employs a range of positions that include Accounts Payable, Graduate Accountants, Credit Control to Senior Management and Corporate Accountants. This team is responsible for monitoring and forecasting the financial position of the business and is custodian of the company's cash resources. Through the provision of accurate and timely management information, the Finance team provides assistance and assurance to the company executives, enabling them to make well-informed and beneficial decisions regarding the strategic direction of the business.

Human Resources

HRIf developing people is your passion, the HR team offers variety and the opportunity to make a difference! We have multiple skills sets ranging from payroll, recruitment to training and employee appraisal and development. The roles within our team include HR Admin Officer, Trainer, Payroll Officer, HR Advisor and Project Management. Our team is committed to contributing to the success of the organisation through developing the quality, capability and performance of our staff. HR aims to establish an optimal work environment to help our employees achieve high productivity, continuous improvement and exceptional customer service.

Marketing

Network Services

Our Network team encompasses: Operations, responsible for communicating, monitoring and diagnosing network issues; Engineering, the designers and builders of the telecommunications world; and Development, where automation of the business is their business! Our Network team thrive on working with bleeding edge technologies by day and by night, they spend their time online, where they go by strange and obscure aliases. Our Network team develop the solutions to bring our customers the fastest and most reliable communication mediums available in Australia.
