Bundling is when you combine your iiNet broadband or dialup with other iiNet services, particularly phone services such as VOIP, phone or iiTalkpack. This means you only have to deal with one provider for everything, plus you'll get bundle rewards that increase the value of your Internet service.

VOIP stands for "Voice over Internet Protocol", which allows you to save money by making calls over your broadband connection. It works just like a regular phone - you just plug your telephone handset into a VOIP enabled modem. iiNet offers free VOIP calls to other iiNet VOIP users, and 15c to everyone else locally and nationally. International rates start from 5c per minute, and mobiles from 29c per minute.

It offers free local and national calls using VOIP for only $20 per month (a fair use policy applies), with international rates starting from 5c per minute, and calls to mobiles from 29c per minute.
