iiNet has grown rapidly from a small home business to the 4th largest Internet provider in Australia. During this time we have always tried to deliver good value Internet access with friendly service. We have also been a leader in innovating products like flat-rate broadband without the hidden extras and more recently, free anti-virus and anti-spam services.

Now in our 11th year, we are about to create an exciting new future as both an Internet and a Telecommunications company which genuinely cares about great value and fantastic customer service.

To herald this new direction, we have pleasure in launching our new brand. And as a valued customer, we wanted you to be the first to know about the new face of iiNet.

New Products Soon
In the coming months we will be launching a new full phone service. This means you can bundle your Internet access with a very competitive and reliable home telephone service including local and distance calls, and calls to mobile.

We have been investing in our own new broadband infrastructure. So in the very near future, we will offer extremely fast and attractive new broadband plans. If you think 1.5Mbps is fast ... think again, we know you'll be very impressed.

Early next year we will also introduce new products that will enable you to talk over your broadband Internet service (Voice Over Internet Protocol - VoIP). This will virtually give you a second phone line and very cheap call rates.

Our Customer Focus
Behind the new logo we'll be putting new brand values into action as we strive to be an innovative company which also provides excellent customer service.

Yes, we've felt some growing pains during our recent rapid expansion. But we're determined to do things differently to the big corporate phone and Internet companies.

We want you to "connect better" by helping you talk to a friendly and 'real person', who has been well trained to solve your queries on the first call. "connect better" also means we'll be continuing the development of our national Internet network to take advantage of new technology and further improve connectivity.

So What's Next?
The best brands are not built overnight. Sticking to our brand values will be an ongoing process and we will keep you informed of all new initiatives.
