The interview will include:

An important part of the recruitment process, psychometric testing and reference checking will be run from 6 - 10 October 2008.
Psychometric Testing:
Once you've made it to this stage, we'll arrange for you to complete a psychometric test through an external provider. The testing generally takes between 3-4 hours and is a combination of an ability assessment and personality profile.
Reference Checking:
Next up, we'll need to complete 2 reference checks. These must both be professional references, where your referees are managers from your previous employment.

Just before we make an offer, you'll be given the opportunity to tour our iiNet offices in Perth. We feel this is an important step in our recruitment process because it gives you an opportunity to glimpse into the working world at iiNet - our people, our culture, our workplace. Office tours will run from 13 - 17 October 2008.

We're almost at the finish line.
During early November we'll be making verbal offers to successful applicants for our graduate positions. Once you've verbally accepted our offer we'll send you out a Graduate Employment Pack.
We'll also require potential recruitees to provide an up-to-date police clearance to complete the process.
