When will I receive my first invoice?

  • You will not receive an invoice until after your service is activated
  • You are billed in advance so your first bill will be sent within 5 days of your service being activated
  • Your invoice will be sent on the same day of each month, depending on your chosen invoice frequency

What invoicing frequency options are available?

Bundled Account

Broadband Only Monthly, Quarterly, Annually (in advance)
Dial Up Only Monthly, Quarterly, Annually, Biennially (in advance)

How can I change my invoicing frequency?

Note: All customers on a bundled plan including Phone and/or VoIP must be invoiced on a monthly cycle
