Can I get all the optional features currently available on my phone line?
iiNet's standard phone service, Phone 1, offers a great range of optional features from message bank to three way calling. Features that you currently have on your line that are available on Phone 1 will be conveniently transferred to your new service. There may, however, be services on your existing line that are incompatible with our phone service. Please review this list before applying for Phone 1.

How do I enable services like call waiting?
All optional services can be enabled or disabled through the iiNet toolbox. You may also check what services you currently have on your phone line, as some services may be carried over from your previous provider.

How long does it take to enable/disable an additional Service?
Additional Services take around 72hours to become active on your line. You will receive an email when they become active. If you are removing a service, you will also be emailed once that has occurred.

What about handset rental?
You can keep your Telstra handset and continue to pay the handset rental through iiNet, or you can return the handset to your nearest Telstra Shop and purchase your own equipment.

Before you return your handset, please contact customer support on 13 22 58 and notify us of the Telstra Shop where you would prefer to return your handset. Our customer service team will then book the return in with the shop, and advise you of the order number to quote when you return your handset once the booking has been confirmed. You then have five days to return the handset once you've received the order number. Please notify us when you have returned it so we can ensure you are no longer being charged for that equipment.

How do I setup and change my PIN?
The first time you are asked to enter your PIN dial the last four digits of your phone number.
