A copy of the customer service guarantee (CSG) can be found on the Australian Communication Authority's website (www.aca.gov.au)
How can I make a complaint?
Hopefully you will never need to make a complaint, however our customer complaints procedure is detailed in section 16 of our CRA.
Am I eligible for compensation under the CSG?
No, because we offer lower call costs for this service. Upon sign up we asked you to waive your rights to the CSG.
