Call Forwarding Always
With Call forwarding always you can redirect all your calls to another destination. When activated, you need to supply a forwarding number.
Standard call charges are applicable.
Activate Call Forwarding Always
Call Forwarding Busy
Use call forwarding busy to redirect calls to another destination when an incoming call encounters a busy condition. When activated, you need to supply a forwarding number.
Standard call charges are applicable.
Call Forwarding No Answer
Use Call Forwarding No Answer to redirect calls to another destination when an incoming call is not answered within a specified number of rings. When activating please specify the forwarding number and the number of rings before forwarding.
Standard call charges are applicable.
Activate Call Forwarding No Answer
Call Forwarding Selective
With Call Forwarding Selective you can define criteria to forward specific incoming calls to another destination. When activating you can set the following criteria: incoming calling line identity, time of day, and day of week. Multiple criteria sets can be defined.

Activate Call Forwarding Selective
Call Waiting With Call Waiting you can answer a call while already engaged in another call. When a second call is received while you are on the phone you are informed via a call waiting tone. You can then switch to the new caller party and hold the original party. There is no charge for this service.
Do not disturb
With do not disturb you can set your line to busy (engaged tone) or forwarded to voice mail as below. If Voice Mail is not activated a busy (engaged tone) will be presented to any party calling you.
Voice Mail
With Voice Messaging you can record messages for calls that are not answered within a specified number of rings, receive busy treatment, or are transferred directly to voice mail. Callers have the option of reviewing and/or changing their message. This Service comes with Free Voice Mail Support. Voicemail also includes:
- Voice Mail Waiting Indication - A stutter tone is provided via the telephone when new messages reside in the voice mailbox.
- Voice Messaging to Email - Enables you to have voice messages delivered to a specified email address in the form of an email message with a WAV file attachment. If available, the callers name and number are also included in the email subject line.

Calling Line ID Delivery Blocking (CLID)
With CLID you can block the delivery of your identity to the person you are calling.
To activate CLID dial *67 before you make the call.
Call Return
With Call Return you can call the last party that called you, whether or not you answered their call. The system stores the number of the last party to call, and connects you to them.
To call back the last party that called, dial *69.
Three Way Calling
With Three Way Calling you can make a three way call with two parties, in which all parties can communicate with each other.
To make a three way call:
- Make a call using your phone
- Press the flash/hangup button once
- Dial the second person
- Press the flash/hangup button once then press 3
Simultaneous Ring
With Simultaneous Ring you can have multiple phones ring simultaneously when calls are received on your phone number. The first phone to be answered is connected. For example, calls to your desk phone could also ring your mobile phone, in case you are not at your desk.
Sequential Ring
With Sequential Ring you can ring up to 3 locations (in addition to the base location) in the sequence you supply for a specified number of rings.
Music on Hold
With Music on Hold you can entertain your friends and family when you put them on hold. Music available includes: Rock, POP, Jazz/Funk and Dance.
