Canstar Blue is a leading consumer review and comparison website that regularly surveys Australian consumers across a range of categories.

Small Business Broadband consumers were surveyed about their Overall satisfaction, Customer service, Value for money, Network performance, Contract clarity and Bill clarity. iiNet rated highly across the board and scored five out of five stars for Overall satisfaction.
