Technotonic is a Sydney-based Internet solutions provider specialising in domain management and consulting services.
Founded and run by Greg Samuel, Technotonic employs three remote workers who use cloud-based applications to host virtual private servers and applications such as blogging platforms and content management systems.

To streamline their telephone services and improve the customer experience, Technotonic uses iiNet’s Business Voice service. Prior to Business Voice, Technotonic utilised two separate VoIP providers and self-ran a PABX system that connected its internal network with the public telephone network.

Since switching, all of Technotonic’s systems have moved to the cloud, significantly upgrading their telephone resources and reducing PABX maintenance.
It also enabled Technotonic to manage their telephone services remotely and cut down their reliance on dedicated hardware to patch their self-hosted PABX and operating system.
