The business was established in 1999 by four like-minded individuals with a collective 165 years of travel industry experience. Since then, Travel Tree has grown to a team of 30.

Travel Tree recently signed up for iiNet’s Business Cloud to host three of their web servers and an email server. Compatibility of their virtual environment with iiNet’s Business Cloud platform means that Travel Tree can centrally manage all the virtual servers easily.
“For us, hosting our web servers, a secondary mail server and backup solutions externally made good sense. We did consider hosting the servers at an alternate data centre but that would have required much steeper colocation costs than the iiNet Business Cloud,” explains IT Manager Justin Lowe, an iiNet user for nearly 20 years and also the first paid iiNet employee.
