What if I am an existing iiNet customer?

Before choosing a new mobile plan, make sure you have selected ‘Existing Customers’ tab, and then log in to your iiNet account using your username and password. After you checkout, your new mobile service will be automatically linked to your existing iiNet account, and you’ll be able to login to Toolbox with the same username. Your payment details may also be combined.

If you accidentally signed up as a new customer and you want to link your new mobile service with your existing iiNet account, please call us on 13 22 58 and we’ll be happy to help.

Can I get a discount when I bundle iiNet mobile and internet?

Yes! iiNet customers with an eligible mobile plan can save on their monthly mobile plan fee when they have a linked iiNet internet plan. See terms for further details.

If your current mobile plan is not eligible for a bundling discount, you can change to an eligible plan in Toolbox. Every time your invoice is calculated, we’ll check if you are eligible and give you the available discount for your eligible plan (as long as your iiNet internet plan remains connected).

If your mobile and internet plans are not linked in Toolbox, please call customer support on 13 22 58 to link accounts. Bundling discount applies from the next invoice after your eligible plans have been linked.
